Your underwear's journey starts in Telangana, India,
where we work with smallholder farmers. These commited farmers grow cotton organically with the support of organisations that provide education and resources to enhance their livelihoods and crop quality.

Embracing a holistic approach, they work with nature rather than against it, relying on natural methods instead of chemicals, focusing on preventing issues and maintaining ecological balance.
Our cotton is then handpicked, avoiding the use of herbicides and heavy machinery for harvesting that harm the environment and depletes soil productivity. This method reduces waste promoting a more sustainable approach.
Harvesting
Ginning
The harvest is brought to Madhya Pradesh, where the fibers are separated from the seeds and plant debris. The fibers are then further cleaned and prepared for textile production, while the seeds and by-products are used for animal feed and human food, such as cottonseed oil.
During the spinning process, the cleaned cotton fibers are transformed into yarn. This involves feeding the fibers into machines that twist them into strong, continuous strands.
Biodegradable spinning oils are used to reduce friction, ensuring a smooth operation. This results in high-quality yarn ready for weaving or knitting, while prioritising environmental health through natural alternatives.

Weaving & Dyeing
The cotton is then transported to Kolkata, India, where it is woven into fabric and dyed in full compliance with GOTS standards, using low-impact, environmentally friendly dyes

From there, the fabric is moved to our manufacturing facility where each piece of underwear is crafted into it's final design before being shipped out to Singapore

Your orders are packed in Singapore and sent to you with minimal, eco-conscious packaging. We've designed it thoughtfully, ensuring that materials used are either biodegradable or reusable. So reuse them creatively and dispose of them mindfully!
